Product Description:
TPEG is easy soluble in water with high rate of double bond retention, the molecular structure is comb-shaped and has high degree of freedom so that it can be redesigned or manufactured by simple synthesis process to achieve high-performance water-reducing agent with characteristics of low dosage, high rate of water reducing, excellent enhancement, durability, anti-corrosion to steel and so on.
Application:
This series of products are non-toxic, non-irritant, is a new generation of polycarboxylic acid super plasticizer important raw materials. This product through free radical initiated copolymerization with acrylic acid, as the end hydrophilic group, the formation of copolymer, improve hydrophilicity, improve the dispersion of polymer in water. The synthesized water reducing agent has good particle dispersity and retention ability, high water reducing rate, low cement consumption, good reinforcing effect, good durability, no corrosion of steel bar and environmental friendliness. It can be used in high performance and high strength (above C60) concrete for mixing and long-distance transportation on site.
