Description:
Aluminium Paste, is an indispensable metal pigment. Its main components are snowflake aluminium particles and petroleum solvents in the form of paste. It is after special processing technology and surface treatment, making the aluminium flake surface smooth and flat edge neat, regular shape, particle size distribution concentration, and excellent matching with the coating system. Aluminium Paste can be divided into two categories: leafing type and non-leafing type. During the grinding process, one fatty acid is replaced by another, which makes the Aluminium Paste have completely different characteristics and appearance, and the shapes of aluminium flakes are snowflake, fish scale and silver dollar. Mainly used in automotive coatings, weak plastic coatings, metal industrial coatings, marine coatings, heat-resistant coatings, roofing coatings and so on. It is also used in plastic paint, hardware and home appliance paint, motorbike paint, bicycle paint and so on.
Characteristics:
Vacuum Metallized Pigment is made by special process. The surface of aluminium is smooth and thin but diameter-thickness ratio is very large. Its brightness and hiding powder are both excellent, thus, only small quantity will bring perfect performance of chromium plating, which makes your cost more economical.
Application:
The product is mainly used in paints for automotive enamel, wheel hub, bicycle, glass and plastics, as well as ink for cigarette and wine mark, nail polish, toy paint, crafts paint, gravure ink, flexo ink and many other industries. Moreover imitating electroplate aluminium paste can also be substituted for electroplate to avert pollution.

Suggestion of dosage:
1.Proportion of aluminium paste in colored primer paint is 1%-3%.
2.Proportion of aluminium paste in pure silver primer pain is 2%-4%.
3.Proportion of aluminium paste in single metal flitter primer pain is 2%-6%.
Notes:
1. Please make sure to confirm the sample before each use of aluminium silver paste.
2. When dispersing aluminium-silver paste, use the pre-dispersing method: choose the appropriate solvent first, add the solvent into the aluminium-silver paste with the ratio of aluminium-silver paste to solvent as 1:1-2, stir it slowly and evenly, and then pour it into the prepared base material.
3. Avoid using high-speed dispersing equipment for a long time during the mixing process.
Storage instructions:
1. The silver aluminium paste should keep the container sealed and the storage temperature should be kept at 15℃-35℃.
2. Avoid direct exposure to direct sunlight, rain and excessive temperature.
3. After unsealing, if there is any remaining silver aluminium paste should be sealed immediately to avoid solvent evaporation and oxidation failure.
4. Long-term storage of aluminium silver paste may be solvent volatility or other pollution, please re-test before use to avoid loss.
Emergency measures:
1. In case of fire, please use chemical powder or special dry sand to extinguish the fire, do not use water to extinguish the fire.
2. If aluminium silver paste accidentally gets into eyes, please flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice.
