Product Description:
This product is a multivalent integrator. It can be used to integrate metals and is a strong chelating agent for most common metal ions. It is a new chelating agent that has only been in use since 1953. Its most outstanding advantage is its ability to form stable chelate disks with Fe3+ in alkaline raw solutions (pH=8-11) and to form stable integrators with rare earth metals.
Application:
(1) In addition to its use in analytical chemistry, it is gradually being used in various applications in textiles, agriculture (pesticides, HEDTA-Fe for iron fertilisation in alkaline soils), medicine (as an antidote for iron poisoning), leather, paper, cosmetics, water treatment, electroplating, chemical plating (especially in silver plating), etc.
(2) It has very important applications in the refining and purification of dilute ten.
