Product Description:
The larger the modulus of sodium silicate, the more silicon oxide content, sodium silicate viscosity increases, easy to decompose and harden, the bonding force increases, so different modulus of sodium silicate has different uses. It is widely used in many fields such as general casting, precision casting, paper making, ceramics, clay, mineral processing, kaolin, washing and so on.
Application:
(1)In light industry, it is indispensable raw material in detergents such as washing powder and soap, and it is also water softener and sinking aid;
(2)In textile industry, it is used in dyeing, bleaching and sizing;
(3)Widely used in the machinery industry for casting, grinding wheel manufacturing and metal anticorrosion agent;
(4)In the construction industry for the manufacture of fast-drying cement, acid-resistant cement waterproof oil, soil curing agent, refractory materials and so on;
(5)In agriculture, it can be used to make silica fertilizer;
(6)Also used as silicon-aluminum catalyst for catalytic cracking of petroleum, filler for soap, adhesive for corrugated paper, laboratory crucibles and other high-temperature materials, metal anticorrosive agents, water softeners, detergent additives, refractories and ceramic raw materials, textiles, bleaching, dyeing and slurry, mine beneficiation, waterproofing, leakage control, fire protection of timber, food preservatives, as well as the production of adhesives, and so on.
