Pigment Paste Iron Oxide Yellow 5105 | Pigment Yellow 42
Product Description:
Benzene solvent, multiring hydrocarbon & phthalate free. More environmental, general, and high performance, high solids and low viscosity, easily dispersed, the compatibility of color paste in various solvent borne coatings. It also own great storage stability and redeployment which can be suitable to different solvents resin systems. It can minimize the effect of colorant on the properties of the coating system, for examples, adhesion, miscibility etc., to reduce the variety and stock of the colorant.
Product Features:
1. Low viscosity, high solid content, easy dispersion
2. Colorful, high-performance pigment, good compatibility
3. Good temperature & weather resistance, good generality
4. Resin free, Wide versatility
Application:
1. Coating industrial: nitrocellulose lacquer, acrylic resin paint, chlorinated rubber paint, amino paint, Polyester paint, epoxy paint, self frying paint, double component paint etc.
2. Adhesive industrial: HMPSA, solvent adhesive etc.

Guidelines for use and Cautions:
1. It should be stirred well before use and compatibility test must be done to avoid various disadvantages in the process of use.
2. The ideal PH value range is between 7-10, with good stability.
3. Purple, magenta and orange colors are easily affected by alkaline, so it is recommended that users carry out the alkaline resistance test for actual application.
4. Water-based environmental protection colour paste does not belong to the dangerous goods, storage and transportation in 0-35℃ conditions, avoid exposure to the sun.
5. The effective storage period under unopened conditions is 18 months, if there is no obvious precipitation and colour intensity changes can continue to use.
