Product Description:
Oxadiazon used for the control of a variety of annual monocotyledonous or dicotyledonous weeds, mainly for weed control in water fields, but also effective for peanuts, cotton and sugar cane in dry fields; touch pre-emergence and post-emergence herbicide.
Application:
(1) Tacticidal pre- and post-emergence herbicide. Used as a soil treatment and in dry and watery fields. It acts mainly through the absorption of young weed shoots and stems and leaves and has good weed-killing activity in the presence of light.
(2) It is used for the control of a wide range of annual monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds, mainly in water fields, but also in dry fields for peanuts, cotton, sugar cane, etc. It is a selective pre- and post-emergence herbicide, usually for soil treatment. It is particularly suitable for the control of dicotyledonous weeds such as barnyardgrass and broad-leaved chemical annual weeds such as barnyardgrass, goldenrod, duckweed, knapweed, cowslip, zebra, dwarf cichlid, sedge, heterogeneous sedge and sunshine driftweed in rice fields. It has a long duration of action and is harmless. Also used on soybean, cotton, maize and horticultural crops. Can be made into emulsifiable oils, powders and wettable powders.
