Product Description:
Application:Methanol is one of the basic organic materials.Mainly used for the manufacture of formaldehyde, acetic acid, chloromethane, methylamine, methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) and dimethyl sulfate and other organic products.It is also the raw material of pesticide (insecticide, acaricide), medicine (sulfonamides, heomycin, etc.), and one of the raw materials for the synthesis of dimethyl terephthalate, methyl methacrylate and methyl acrylate.Still important solvent, can also be mixed with gasoline as alternative fuel use.
Notes for use:Store in a cool, well-ventilated special storehouse away from fire and heat.Storage temperature should not exceed 37℃, keep container sealed.Should be stored separately with oxidant, acid, alkali metal, avoid mixed storage.Adopt explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities.Do not use mechanical equipment or tools that may cause sparks.The storage area should be equipped with spill response equipment and appropriate containment materials.
