Product Description
Fluorescent brightener KSN(P) and OB-1 has a similar chemical structure, but the whitening effect on polyester fibres and plastic products is better than OB-1, and the solubility of plastics is better than OB-1, a small amount can produce a very good whitening effect, which is far less than OB-1.

Application |

Performance characteristics
1. Small dosage, high intensity whitening, very small dosage produces very good whitening effect.
2. Widely used in the whitening of chemical fibres such as polyester and various plastics.
3. Good compatibility with plastics, high temperature resistance and excellent sunlight and weather resistance.
Reference Dosage
1. The reference dosage of brightener for general plastic substrates is 0.002-0.03%, i.e. about 10-30 grams of fluorescent brightener KSN(P) per 100 kg of plastic raw material.
2. In transparent plastics the reference amount of brightener is 0.0005-0.002%, i.e. about 0.5-2 grams per 100 kg of plastic raw material.
3. In polyester resin (polyester fibre) the reference amount of brightener is 0.01-0.02%, i.e. about 10-20 grams per 100 kg of resin.
