Product Description
Fluorescent Brightener ER-I is a fluorescent brightening agent for stilbene with a yellow-green powder appearance and a blue-violet fluorescent colour. It has excellent light and heat resistance and does not react with reducing agents, oxidizing agents or hypochlorite compounds. It has good compatibility, low addition, high fluorescence intensity and good whitening effect. It is suitable for the whitening and brightening of polyester and its blended textiles and acetate.

Application |
It is mainly used for the whitening of polyester, acetate and nylon, etc. It can be dyed or rolled to obtain a high whiteness. The low temperature adsorption and fixation method is also very effective in whitening polyester. |
Performance characteristics
A stilbene type, soluble in a wide range of organic solvents. Stable to cationic softeners. Sun fastness S. Excellent washing fastness. Can be used in the same bath as sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide and reducing bleach.
Method of Application
Add the fluorescent brightener ER-I powder to the mixer together with the polyester chips and other auxiliaries, the recommended dosage is 0.02-0.08% by weight of the polyester, depending on the whiteness of the finished product.
Notes
1.Fluorescent Brightener ER-I must be stirred well before use to ensure the whiteness and consistency of colour and light of the processed fabric.
2.Through the oxygen bleaching of the fabric in the following whitening before, must be fully washed on the fabric residual alkali to ensure that the whitening agent on the full colour, colour and light bright.
3.Fluorescent Brightener ER-I is a high temperature polyester fluorescent whitening agent, dyeing temperature and setting temperature must meet the above process requirements to ensure that the fluorescent whitening agent colour normal, such as the need for room temperature boiling heat, can be used for carrier dyeing hair;;
4.Fluorescent bightener ER-I storage period of more than 2 months allows a small amount of crystallization within the shelf life does not affect the use of the effect.
