Product Description
Fluorescent brightener CXT is currently considered to be a better brightener for printing, dyeing and detergents. Due to the introduction of the morpholine gene into the molecule of this whitening agent, many of its properties have been improved. The ionisation of fluorescent brightener CXT is anionic in nature, with a fluorescent hue of cyan. Fluorescent brightener CXT has better chlorine bleaching resistance than VBL and 31#, using a good dye bath PH = 7 to 10, and its sunlight fastness is grade 4.

Application |
It is used in detergents and can be added to synthetic laundry detergents and soaps to make them look white and pleasant. It is also used to whiten cotton fibres, nylon and other fabrics, and has a good whitening effect on man-made fibres, polyamide and vinylon; it also has a good whitening effect on protein fibres and amino plastics. |
Performance characteristics
1.The introduction of the morpholine gene into the molecule of this brightener has improved many of its properties. For example, the acid resistance is increased and the perborate resistance is also very good, which makes it suitable for the whitening of cellulose fibres, polyamide fibres and fabrics.
2.Fluorescent Brightener CXT has better chlorine bleaching resistance than VBL and 31#, using a good dye bath PH = 7 to 10, and its sunlight fastness is grade 4.
3.Fluorescent Brightener CXT is used in laundry detergents and is characterised by a high matching volume, high accumulated washing whiteness and the ability to meet any matching volume requirements of the detergent industry.
Method of Application
The solubility of fluorescent brightener CXT in water is lower than that of brightener VBL and 31#, so it can be used as a suspension of about 10% in hot water. The solution should be used as it is prepared and should be protected from direct sunlight. The amount of fluorescent whitening agent CXT/DMS in laundry detergent is 0.1-0.5%; the amount in the printing and dyeing industry is 0.1-0.3%.
