Environment-friendlly Synthetic Odorless series Iron Oxide Pigment
Product Description:
Synthetic Odorless series Iron Oxide are compound pigments processed from natural mineral pigments with complex component and odor. The odorless series umber pigments are synthetic iron oxide pigments improved from transparent iron oxide pigments by Colorcom, which have various superior performances of domestic brand natural umber pigments. Compared with the traditional natural umber pigments, Colorcom odorless series umber pigments have the advantages of more environmentally friendly, more transparent and better color stability. The series of umber pigments conform to RoHs and EN71-3 19 heavy metals etc. standard and are non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly pigments.
Application:
Solvent-based Transparent iron oxide dispersions can be used in solvent-based automotive coatings, wood coatings, architectural coatings, industrial coatings, powder coatings, art paint and tobacco packaging and other packaging coatings.
Dispersion Methods:
The dispersibility of Environment-friendlly Synthetic Odorless series Iron Oxide Pigment is better than that of transparent iron oxide pigments, which can be dispersed by ball mill, basket type sand mill, three roller mill or horizontal bead mill.
After full dispersion, with the needle lengths of the particles less than 5 µm, the excellent properties of transparent iron oxide pigments will be fully exhibited.
Package:
25 kgs or 30 kgs/bucket.
