Application:
1.Improvement of water resistance, washing resistance, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance of leather coating;
2.Improvement of water resistance, anti-adhesion and high temperature resistance of water-based printing coatings;
3.Improvement of water and detergent resistance properties of water-based ink;
4.In water-based parquet floor paints can improve their resistance to water, alcohol, detergents, chemicals and abrasion;
5.It can improve its water, alcohol and adhesion resistance in waterborne industrial paints;
6.In vinyl coatings to reduce plasticiser migration and improve stain resistance;
7.In waterborne cement sealants to improve their resistance to abrasion;
8.It can generally improve the adhesion of water-based systems on non-porous substrates.
Use and safety notes:
1.The cross-linking reaction can occur at room temperature, but the effect is better at 60-80 degrees;
2.This product belongs to two-component crosslinking agent, should be added before use, once added to the system should be used within one day, otherwise it will form part of the gel phenomenon;
3.Usually the adding amount is 1-3% of the solid content of the emulsion, and it is best to add it when the pH value of the emulsion is 9.0-9.5, and it should not be used in acidic medium (pH<7);
4.The best way to add is to dissolve the cross-linking agent with water according to the ratio of 1:1 and then add it into the system immediately and stir well;
5.The product has a slightly irritating ammonia odour, long-term inhalation will cause coughing, running nose, showing a kind of false cold symptoms; contact with the skin will cause skin redness and swelling according to the resistance of different people, but the above symptoms usually disappear within 2-6 days, and serious cases should follow the doctor's advice for treatment. Therefore, it should be handled with care and avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, and used in a ventilated environment. When spraying, pay special attention to mouth and nose inhalation, and wear a special mask.
Packaging & Storage:
1.Packing specification is 4x5Kg plastic drum, 25Kg plastic lined iron drum and user-specified packing.
2.Place in a cool, ventilated, dry place, can be stored at room temperature for more than 18 months, if the storage temperature is too high and the time is too long, there will be discoloration, gel and damage, deterioration.
