Product Description:
Cobalt Sulfate, rose-red crystal. Red powder after dehydration, soluble in water and methanol, slightly soluble in ethanol. Melting point (°C): 96 ~ 98 Relative density (water = 1): 1.948 (25 °C) Boiling point (°C): 420 (-7H2O) Heating to 420 °C to lose seven crystalline water. Easily weathered in air.
Application:
Used as paint drying agent in paint industry. Used as colour porcelain glaze in ceramic industry. Chemical industry for the manufacture of cobalt-containing pigments and as a raw material for the production of various cobalt salts. Battery industry as alkaline batteries and Lide powder additives. In addition, it is also used as catalyst and analytical reagent. Used in electroplating cobalt, making storage battery, cobalt pigment, ceramics, enamel, glaze, and used as catalyst, foam stabiliser, drying agent.
