Product Description:
Atrazine is a selective pre- and post-emergence herbicide for internal absorption. It is mainly absorbed by the roots, but rarely by the stems and leaves. It is rapidly transferred to the phloem and leaves of plants, interfering with photosynthesis and killing weeds. In resistant crops such as maize, it is broken down by maize ketone enzymes to produce non-toxic substances and is therefore safe for crops.
Application:
(1) It is a special chemical herbicide for maize, sugar cane and sorghum, and is used for pre- and post-emergence weed control in a variety of crops.
(2) It is a triazine, selective systemic conductive, pre-emergence and post-emergence herbicide. It is used in maize, sorghum, sugar cane, tea trees and orchards to prevent and control annual grasses and broadleaf weeds.
(3) It is a selective herbicide with the same scope of application as Atrazine Wettable Powder and is used as a selective herbicide for pre-emergence and post-emergence weed control in a variety of crops.
(4) Atrazine is a systemic selective pre- and post-emergence herbicide.
