Alendronic acid sodium is an aminodiphosphate bone absorption inhibitor, which has strong affinity with bone hydroxyapatite and can enter into bone matrix hydroxyapatite crystals.
When osteoclast dissolve the crystals, Chemicalbook drugs are released, which can inhibit the activity of osteoclast and indirectly inhibit bone absorption through osteoblasts. It has strong anti bone absorption activity and no inhibition of bone mineralization.
